Green tea is not bad for you and it is good in the sense
that it gets you water, relaxation, and you are not drinking
something bad in its place. The parts of your diet you mentioned
sound good. It might help lose weight since you hopefully drink
it instead of high calorie drinks.
As for the direct health benefits if green tea, I think the health
community is stepping back some from claims that it is good
as a source of antioxidents, for example. It does have
antioxidents, which are good for you, but it is probably too
low an amount to have much long term difference one way
or the other... but for the reasons in the first paragraph...
drink up!

Okay. You've got a couple of questions going here. Let's start with the first one.
Is green tea healthy for you and can it help you lose weight? Yes and yes. It is healthy because it contains anti-oxidents, which makes it heart-healthy, and it can help you lose weight because you don't add cream and sugar, so it is calorie free.
Is your diet okay? No. There is no protein in it, and protein is essential for good health. There is no fat in it either, and fat is essential for your brain. Yes! Your brain is essentially a fatty organ, and you have to feed it. You don't have to feed it saturated fats, or mono fats. It's happy with unsaturated fats, and it doesn't need a lot of them but it does need some.
So -- start with raisin bran if you enjoy it, snack on fruit at noon, but give yourself some protein at dinner. You only need a small amount -- a piece of chicken or fish no larger than the palm of your hand contains all the protein you'll need. Make a small salad to go with it and drizzle the salad with olive oil or canola oil, with a splash of vinegar, in place of salad dressing, and you've got a great diet that will help you lose weight but will keep you healthy.
On your noon hour, before you enjoy your fruit snack, go out and walk for half an hour. That's really going to help get your metabolism going and firm up your body.
Good luck!

Yes, it's healthy for you. I drink A.C.T. which has green tea in it and I have lost weight drinking it. It has increased my energy so I am able to do more things. Plus I use STACK weight loss and I have lost 12 lbs. in three weeks.

No. You are not getting enough protein. If you can exercise a little and eat some protein, it will accelerate your weightloss. And when you stop dieting and invariably crash. Meaning you'll start eating a lot more, you'll have built up some muscle mass to help you burn off some of the weight you'll regain.

You may want to widen the variety of foods/beverages you consume. It's important to make sure you will not become deficient in necessary vitamins and minerals. Getting more protein and B vitamins in your diet will help boost energy levels and alertness.
A balanced diet is the key. There is no true super food.
