My daughters father who is illegal her is getting or trying to get his visa and is behind in child support I know this is grounds for inadmissability but I don't know how to contact the immigration office to let them know that. I be da*ned if he will get his papers and owing my child money. Anyone know how I can contact these people and let them know.

Just wanted to say to those who reported you are perfectly right that it take two to tango and we did make the baby together and I do support her my self now and as far as being involved with an illegal immigrant well who care about what there legal status is if they loves you that shouldn't matter god created all men equal white, black, mexican, muslim, etc. So that's not the issue it is that he has not see my child since she was two months old and now he drives around in his new ford excursion with his wife which he left me for when I was two week pregnant and no he was not married when we dated he cheated on me with her. All I am saying is he should have to take responsibility for his action just like I have.

well he wasn't supposed to be here in the first place...did you understand he is here illegally people? illegal!! meaning well just that illegal.anyhow i am not gonna go jump on this girls because fence crawler wont pay her money for the baby.i say home girl report his ***.he was probably just trying to use you to get into the united states!

It was okay with you to have at least one encounter with an illegal immigrant? How dare you turn him in! Do you know that sex leads to pregnancy? I can't believe your plight... you sound like a soap box mellodrama -- the things we laugh at when we are watching TV. Now you want money out of an illegal immigrant to support you? So he was okay for sex, but now if he doesn't give you money for THE POOR BABY you bore out of wedlock, then he should be deported! Wow, field day comment on this one!!!

If I am correct, it takes 2 to tango. You could have crossed your legs..told the guy that you had a head ache. It isn't all the guy's fault that you have a daughter. If he pays child support, will he have a chance of visitation rights? Probably not.
