Go to skype.com and do the one min dl. After follow the instructions in the set up tutorial. It will take about 5 mins total to be able to sms anyone in the world from your pc.

If u have ur msgr services u can send msgs from ur pc to any mobile.
If u want to send SMS thru internet services,u can.
For example,Relaince Data Card has an option of sending and recieing SMS over internet connected pc.Try those.
