In general, if you eat more sweet things and fruits then your sperm will have a sweeter taste. But usually you have to cut out some of the protiens and meat as well.

No .Sperms are not produced in stomach.Taste is not important,it should have good sperm count and sperms mobile if you want to make somebody pregnant.

Yes. So if you plan on someone tasting your sperm don't eat anything pungent like garlic or asparagus or it will be nasty...Apparently starburst has pleasant effects.
