i ran into my ex boyfriend a cupple of days ago. When we were dateing he cheated on me with my cousins best friend. Now that we are talking again he realy wants me back but i am afraid to take the chance again. Please help how do i tell him i just want to be friends and see where things led.

I would say, "Let's just be friends and see where things lead." If he isn't willing to do that, then he just wants an easy hookup that he can cheat on again. And I'm sure you'll get a lot of this - but once a guy cheats, he'll probably continue to do so. All men have the desire to cheat, but those who act on it tend to do it over and over. So be careful. And if you want to give him another chance, make him work for it.

You need to let him know that he hurt you. Friends are ok but nothing else. If he is willing to accept that then see where things take you. Get to know him before you end up in a boyf/grf relationship again. Oh once a cheat doesn't always mean always a cheat.

Guys always want girls back when they dumped them for cheating...it's just some stupid reaction they have because their egos can't handle it.
He'll push and try to be sweet...but it doesn't matter...it's not love, it's just him feeling guilty or wanting to get back something he lost.
Be strong. The best thing you can do is not put yourself in a situation to hook up with him or string him along. Tell him you're over, and to leave you alone. Anything else is just asking for drama and pain.

Well tell him that you don't want to go through that moment again. If he doesn't get it,then oh well. He broke your heart in the first place. My female friend is going through the same problem with my best friend. So just let him know that you can talk to him but you don't want to be in the relationship again because your heart is still healing. That's my opinon.

well i would have to say that if he did that once then whats the chance of him not doing it again... i mean some guys can change and some cant but i would have to say that i personaly think you could do better and could get someone to treat you with respect and not cheat... but this is all up to you so make sure what ever you do is the right choice for you.

Tell him "look when you chose to cheated on me thats when you chose to lose me as your girlfriend, I am giving you the opportunity to be my friend and thats it, so take it or leave it" those are the exact words I used with my ex. He is now my best friend and he said he would rather have me as a friend than nothing at all.

You should not even be talking to him. He has no love for you--he has already proven that. He will never love you; those who love, don't cheat.
Don't bother being his friend or considering him a friend. He's not your friend. Besides, what kind of a friend screws you over, as he has? He'll never change.
He'll do his best to sweet-talk you, but be strong, and resist!

Tell him you don't trust him in a relationship and that the best he can get out of you is a friendship. If you change your mind, you know he'll be interested. If you don't you won't have to worry about him trying to hold you to any promises because you made none.

easy... just tell him that you just want him as a friend.. nothing more nothing less.. 'coz here's the thing gurl... he cheated on you before he'll do it again... based on my experience, my ex cheated on me, i gave him another chance, he cheated on me again..then that's it.. seems like you still have a feelings for him... well, if you think he's worth the pain... zup to u gurl... gudluck =)
