Figure out what YOU like, do it, and meet people there.
Do you like sports? Play a game of pickup at a local park and get to know the guys.
Do you like books? Go to a local book store or coffee shop and ask the cute guy what he's reading.
Do you go the God thing? Start attending services and meet people through there.
It's not that hard, but it has to start with you and your interests.

You just have to be patient and don't settle for less than you want. Make sure what you are looking for is realistic though. Don't expect something out of a movie otherwise you will be alone a long time.
