Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Yes, overweight people can do yoga. When you look at some of the poses, it's really difficult for skinny minnies to get into them as well. It's all a matter of stretching out and gaining strength, which is a gradual process. No one walks into yoga class and does everything perfectly on the first day. That's what the back row of the class is for. That's where people (like me, when I started) demonstrated clearly that they had no sense of balance and toppled over with great regularity until they learned to distribute their weight properly. Or they couldn't get into a full lotus (I still can't). Or achieve some of the other poses. But gradually, the back row moves forward as they get better, until they're in the front half of the class and setting an example for everyone else.
No one, other than a newborn baby, has joints elastic enough to get into some of those poses right away. It's something you have to -- I was going to say work at, but that's the whole thing with yoga, you don't work at it and force your body to do things, you relax into it, and allow your body to ease into the poses.
So by all means, do enroll in yoga. You're going to enjoy it. But don't be impatient with yourself, because yoga is all about letting go.
Good luck!

There are many different "schools" of yoga. If an overweight person wants to try it then they should by all means. Do only the "poses' you are comfortable with. Once you master two or three poses then move on to some more if you love it and i bet you will.
Get some books at the library or Barnes and Noble on Meditation too.
Eventually, if you keep up with it, you will mysteriously find that you are losing weight in the healthiest way possible and you will one day be able to surprise yourself and friends with some real Madonna moves! Good luck and I hope you find peace and happiness through Yoga or whatever exercise you try.

They can, although you're right in that some poses may be difficult for overweight people. I'm overweight as well and I felt really lost when I took a yoga class. But there are many different types of yoga and not all of them involve twisting your body into mind boggling shapes. Yoga is more about flexibility and becoming more in tune with your own body. There is also a book called "Mega Yoga" that is about yoga for larger women (I'm sure men could use it too). The link below takes you to the Amazon page about the book.

I think flexibility has more to do with it. I would start slow, and keep working at it. Although you may be overweight, that is no REASON to not try, it is more of an EXCUSE. The excersize will be good for you, even though it is not strenuous, and the more you stretch your muscles, the more flexable you become. No, you wont do the poses perfectly the first time, but I dont think anyone does. ITs all about practice and repitition.

There is a great book called MegaYoga by Megan Garcia. It tells you how to do warm-ups, all the poses, etc. I've done it and it works great.

Please try yoga...it is awsome!!!
Anyone can do it...yoga isn't just sitting cross legged on a floor and chanting. It's slow fluid movements and stretching. I really think you would get a lot out of it and enjoy it.

Of course you can do it. there are levels the better and more you practice the easier it is to get into the twisty positions. Excercise & dieting help to get you there sooner.
