Hi, I've just made some homous and seen as it's nearly dinner time I thought about making a meal with it. All I can think of is falafals - but don't have most of the gear for that.
Any country of origin will do :)
Oh, has to be vege too.

spread it on any kinda bread you've got,add some chopped tomatoes,a little garlic and sprinkle with cheese under the grill,pour over olive oil and serve with side salad.

I usually make a special tomato dish with hummus. Put about 4 tablespoons olive oil in a pan, add 3 cloves of sliced garlic then add 3-4 sliced red tomatoes. Flip when browned and transfer to plate with all oil and garlic. Don't forget to add salt. Serve with hummus and Pita bread. Very tasty.

I used to get some humus and spread it on a wheat tortilla and add some lettuce. Then I'd roll it up like a small burrito or something. It was really good.

Hummus is really good over boboli bread instead of regular pizza sauce.
Then you can just top it off with vegetables of your choice.
Pop it in the oven and it's better than your everyday, run of the mill pizza.

take pita bred saled and make a greek salad and put it in the pita with humus.

TAKE SOME 150 GRAMS HUMOS THEN PUT IT IN A BLENDER SERVE ON PLATE WITH A MINT LEAF AND DIP BREAD IN IT

CHECK FOODTV.COM OR RECIPES. COM, PUT THE WORD HUMMUS IN AND IT WILL BRING YOU UP RECIPES TO USE WITH IT. I ONLY USE IT AS SPREAD ON GARLIC CHIPS AND TOASTED BAGELS. PROBABLY BE GOOD ON BAKED OR MASHED POTATOES
