This is not even possible by many people within the same country.

Consider the Millennium Development Goals, which will help the developing countries to catch up.

Goal 1: Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger
Goal 2: Achieve universal primary education
Goal 3: Promote gender equality and empower women
Goal 4: Reduce child mortality
Goal 5: Improve maternal health
Goal 6: Combat HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases
Goal 7: Ensure environmental sustainability
Goal 8: Develop a Global Partnership for Development

the answer is on your first paragraph. i think that a authorities has the right to guard it is border. i'd opt to be certain our criminal immigration loosened up. it is surely rather demanding to come back the following legally and absolutely, you're a fool in case you do. yet depending on the team of 8 proposals and what the Democrats have placed forth, you may to boot only open it up. those farces of plans are not significantly better than an open border besides.

It won't matter which country becomes the most popular because that volume of immigration would destroy it's public services and wreck its economy. Industry in the less popular nations would suffer or shut down, trade would cease, depression would ensue, and we would all be begging for jobs as sharecroppers just to have something to eat.

Their can be no globalist one world authoritarians like Bush - how do you convince 3.5 billion Chinese/Asians to give up rights and sovereignty and allow foreign nationals to make your government decisions.

No wonder why China is building it's weapons and armies as everyone else watching and scratches their heads.

It depends on what people need. If they need freedom, jobs, free markets, the ability to reap the fruits of their labors, they will come to the US or some other western nation. If they want the government to provide everything they need, they will go to Cuba or some other socialist country. Of course, the government that provides everything you need can take away everything you have.

Probably Canada, perhaps the United States (though we seem to be getting more and more unpopular). However, if every country did that, the world economy would probably collapse.
