It was a good speech. I don't necessarily agree with all of Bush's policies, but he is correct that many of his policies offer huge opportunities and benefits to the black community.
Hopefully, this is indicative of a shifting tide in the NAACP away from the hostility previously shown towards Bush.

He is correct on many points. Both parties have ingored the African American community but the GOP has been worse.
I just don't know why he passed on speeking the last four times he was invited.
