The thing that's throwing you off is the word Diet. It implies that there are foods you can't or shouldn't have- And human nature dictates that rules were made to be broken. I should know!
Eat what you like- but in smaller portions, and don't get seconds. If junk food is your bane (chocolate is mine) don't bring it in the house. Drink lots of water to fill up the space you would otherwise be putting food into. Choose a hobby that will occupy your hands and your mind: That will make you feel good about yourself in many ways! And walk: You can do that without joining a health club, though some people find a health club helps them keep on an exercise plan.

this is where you need a weight loss buddy. so you have someone who can do this with you. make sure you change all the foods in the house to healther ones. this article has some great programs and exercises that you could try out and more. make up a routine chart for daily use. marking down the things you need to do for the day and yr eating plan. change things around so you dont get bored. hope this helps

The fast solution never works when you loose weight fast you put it back on with more added. work hard for what you want and have a made up mind excise with a good balance diet ALWAYS get the job done. you MUST CUT OUT SUGAR this is a no no junk foods in other words. GOOD LUCK AND WELL BEING

just cut you calories and exercise!!
You should probably eat about 1500 calories a day and just drink plenty of water!!
Like, all you need to do is just pick out your favorite food and get them in diet foods!
(Thats what i do!)
Example-
if you love chocolate you could get those 220 calorie slim fast bars.
Or if you love to eat chicken you could just get it grilled and it would save you about 300 calories!!
just don't drink too many diet sodas like i did because when i did i ended up gaining the weight that i lose.
Oh yeah,
try not to go just completley on the slim fast diet because there is sugar in those bars and if you eat such as a few every day it'll add up!But like, one every 2 days or something like that is okay!!!!!

Drink plenty of water!!

...but probably you haven't gained those 30 pounds overnight either right?? Be patient! That's the most important thing... and don't do strange "lemon-juice" or "whatever" diets... they just don't work! the only thing that seems to work is to change attitude: Eat sensibly, from every foodgroup, but small portions... lots of veggies and fruit, proteins, but also carbs are important (you just don't want to get them from white bread and stuff)... and: Do some sports! Jogging, walking, swimming, whatever...

I have food addiction. i am over 30 diets all my life. then i found what works for me. never say or think diet, that will send me on a eating binge. i eat once a day anything i want i look forward all day to my lasagna or what ever my mood wants. i eat all that i want. yes full. i have lost 60lbs. this way.can't wait to decide what would be yummy tomorrow.
