I'm a girl and I don't even know the answer to this one. But its something that has always made me wonder too.
When I was younger one of my friends would say I'm going to the bathroom and other girls would immediately get up and follow her I thought they all must have to go but they stopped and waitted for me to come with them I got up and walked over to them and said what? They said come on. I said why can't you manage this by yourself yet? They got into the bathroom and reapplied make up and redid their hair and told each other all about their conversations and there was a problem solving group going on right there at the sinks.
I always thought it was beyond silly.

because if a girl needs something her "pack" is there to back her up.also to get advice beofre they leave-sorta like a check up before they leave.also if they have there "visitor" she will have back up or some change to buy some back up.and most girls like compliements so if they're getting ready to leave the restroom the get like oh you look great...or stuff like that..and boys don't go in packs cuz of those little things on the wall where you can see stuff. girls restrooms are more private.

Cuz we have to talk about the guy we're with, our the double date we're on, or the booger you have hanging out of your nose, or the toilet paper stuck on the bottom of your shoe, etc... basically to make fun. :)
