It isn't more nutritious becuase both diet coke and regular coke contain no vitamins or other important nutrients. Diet coke has less calories than regular coke though. Regular coke has sugar in it, which makes it have calories. Diet coke uses a sugar substitute, and contains zero calories. Calories are the measure of energy in your body and too many calories can be bad for you. Neither coke or diet coke are good for you, but diet coke has no calories, which makes it not as bad as regular coke.

Not better for your teeth. Diet coke is more acidic then regulr coke so the acid eats away at your teeth just as much as regular coke does.

Kinda. It's just that diet coke doesn't have sugar and some kinds of diet coke don't even have caffiene.

Regular coke has about 16 teaspoons of sugar in a 591 ml bottle....that is the biggest problem, you are mainlining sugar to your body ( and it is empty calories that most people don't need).

It has less sugars so in a way it is healthier, but regular Coke tastes better, in my opinion.
