Do you mean EMIGRATE? Lybia is a dictatorship, that's why!
There is no freedom of speech, it's a typical Islamic state where women have no human rights and cannot complain when they get raped.
Lybian prisons are filled with political prisoners and the head of the state-the monkey called Muamar Kadafi has held the same position for the last 35 years... It's much worse then communism.
