By the way, the Bible doesn't say God turned her into a pillar of salt just that she became a pillar of salt as a result of standing within the vicinity of the impending destruction.
You assume too much. She may have been cooked on the spot and as a result of all the salt content in that region been layered with it as the blast struck her. Appearing as a pillar of salt. Who knows, I do know you can't disprove anything the Bible says!

The numbers are pretty high, you'd be surprised. But see, the Food Network worked out a deal with God to use the salt once it's been pillarized. That's where they get all the spices for their shows. People are turned into pillars of paprika, garlic powder, basil - you name it. Then they're sent to the food network studios, where they are doled out to the different shows. That way, God gets to throw a little muscle around, the food network doesn't have to pay for spices, and life goes on as usual among those who don't know the truth.

What you dont' realize is that. That pillar of salt has been found and is protected behind a special barrier, because tourists kept breaking off her fingers, and by the next day, they grew back.
This is true.
The salt thing as you call it comes as the punnishment God placed on Lot's wife for disobeying Him and not looking back at the life she was leaving behind.
God will prove He means what He says.
