I want to turn my left over cold coffee into a yummy iced drink for this afternoon? Does anyone have any ideas? Also, is it true that you can use left over coffee grounds for your plants etc? What other uses if any?

Boil it with some sugar until it is syruppy. Put it in the freezer and stir it every couple of minutes until it is frozen.

Put the coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze. Later, put the coffee cubes in the blender with some milk or cream and make a great frozen coffee drink.

Put the coffee in the fridge or freeze it in ice cube trays - put any sweetner in first though. If you freeze it, once it's solid, put it the blender with a little milk and have a slushie.

You can also use the leftover coffee, as well as the grounds, on your plants. Some of 'em actually thrive with a little caffeine. =)
