In their own little ways, yes. My dog is great at communicating. I understand him most of the time. And with other dogs, or even my cat, he for sure "talks".

But mostly it is just a look, an expression.

Yes and No. Yes because animals communicate with other animals, No because because an animal like a dog barks and humans cant understand what they are saying.

The idea that animals can talk comes from the mimicing abilities that some animals develope through close association with humans.

Animals, ALL ANIMALS, comunicate in species specific ways most through body language. many through vocalizations.

Humans are animals and we talk all the time.

All animals communicate, so, it depends on what you mean by "talk." Most animals do not have vocal cords, so they cannot speak, but they do "talk."

Well not techincally but they have their own with commuticating with eachother!But if you talking about Scooby-Doo then yes...lol!

yeah, they talk threw body language!! Some people talk with their hands, animals talk with their body. :)

i believe in a sense they have feelings and some ppl who are crazy about their pets interpet their behaviour as talking...
