Yes, a woman can sell her eggs for money. However, the process is pretty involved, and it means taking a lot of fertility drugs to get the best oocyte recovery possible. Also, before you can be an egg donor, you have to go through extensive health (both physical and mental) screenings and background checks. Most clinics are very particular about the donations they accept; generally speaking, any kind of physical issues, like a birth defect, obesity, or a family history of cancer, will remove you from consideration.

Wikipedia, as always, has an excellent summary, which you can find here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egg_donor

You can sell your eggs but you have to be in good health and under age 30 I believe. That much for one egg seems a little much.

yes you can sell your eggs, but you have to be free of everything from mental history problems, alcoholism, drug abuse, and all other diseases and I'd bet you'd have to be between 22-30 and it'd probably mess with your body because your forcing your body to develop more than one egg at a time

Yes, you can but it is a serious obligation not just to the parent to be but to the unborn child not only do you have to give yourself hormone shots daily you have to to everything perfect as if you were currently pregnant. It is not something you want to do just for $$. It is a life in the making and a gift not a job.
