There are two kinds of fish poisoning.

Ciguatera (say: “seeg-wha-terra”) poisoning: This happens when you eat a reef fish that has eaten a certain poisonous food. This poison does not go away when the fish is cooked or frozen.
Scombroid poisoning: A substance like histamine builds up in some fish when they get too warm after they’re caught. Histamine is a chemical that serves as a kind of alarm to let your immune system know that an infection is attacking part of the body. If you eat a fish that was not properly cooled after it was caught, you may react to the histamine that is released into your body

Botulism and seafood poinsoning (Ciguatera) come too mind. Ciguatera is the most comon type of fish poisoning and similar to Ecoli, can be prevented by completely cooking your fish before hand.

If the fish was cooked entirely, you probably don;t have it. A dirty utensil is not enough to get you Ciguatera. If the fish was under cooked, than you may have it. I doubt enough time has passed for Botulism to form. More than likely your body is just adjusting, especially if you don;t eat fish often.

Just regular food poisoning if it didn't make you sick the first time you ate it. If you are sick for more than 24 hours or you start swelling up I would go to the doctor.

There are so many that you don't want to know.
