Someone who's NEVER EVER had sex yet. For a girl, you know she's a virgin when her hymen is not torn yet. For a guy, you know he is a virgin when he seems "inexperienced" and/or nervous.

You're right. That IS a dumb question....but I'm not here to judge.
A virgin is a person...male or female...who has never had sexual intercourse....meaning a male who has never had his penis inside of a vagina....and a female who has never had a penis inside of her vagina.
