I was wondering if anyone knew what spices would be good to put on some deep fried potato wedges? I know how to make them etc, but I am just confused on what to make them taste good lol. I dont want them hot or anything just flavorful. Please Help?? =)

You could try powdered Ranch dressing seasoning.

Salt, pepper, paprika and Tyme is a standard coating. It you lightly flour the wege and mix in the spices above, they will get very crispy.

SOme other spices

Chicken Bouillion
Cayenne pepper
Coriander
Tumeric Garlic Powder (not garlc salt)
