A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end.Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.
Slash 250 cal.s a day to lose about 25 lbs. in a year, Slash 500 cal.s to loose 50 pounds.
This is based on a 150-pound person: you may need to cut more/ fewer calories depending on ur weight, age & gender. It also assumes your normal calorie intake essentially stays the same and your weight is stable.

2. Balance Booster - While u brush ur teeth, alternate standing on 1 leg as u switch mouth quadrants(every 30 seconds). BURNS 10
3.Be a Ballerina - As ur coffee drips, stand sideways, put 1 hand on the counter, and lift the outside leg straigh out in front of u, keeping it extended. With upper body straight, hold for a few sec.s and move it to the side: hold and extend it behind u. Do 5x on each leg. BURNS 10
4. Talk It UP - Every time u grab the phone, stand up & pace around. BURNS 50
5. Carry Some Weight - When ur grocery Shopping/ running erands, wear a backpack with 5-10 lbs bag of sugar inside to increase resistance & burn more calories. Add purchases to ur load as it becomes easier. BURNS 20 (FOR AN HOUR OF ERRANDS)
6.Pump at the Pump - While ur getting gas, With 1 hand on ur car, Stand on the balls of ur feet & slowly rise up & down for as long as it takes to fill ur tank. BURNS 10
7. Shop till the Pounds Drop - at the mall try on at least 10 outfits- pants and shirts.BURNS 60
8. Jog for Junk Mail - For every piece of junk mail u get each day, do 1 lap around ur house/ building, / up & down a flight of stairs. BURNS 35-140
9. Play Footsie - After Dinner, while u are sitting at the table, extend your right leg out & slowly bend it up & down, squeezing & holding in the up position for at least 5 sec.s. Repeat 5x for each leg. BURNS 10
10.Ease into Evening - sitting with feet uncrossed, grab ur wrists & raise ur hands above ur head to lengthen the spine. Take a deep breath in as u reach & hold the position, breathing slowly in & out for 20 sec.s, taking longer on the exhale. BURNS 5

Set yourself a healthy diet - lots of fruits and vegetables.
Consult a physician about an appropriate exercise regimen that includes cardio exercises (or just do what most people do and do them anyway). Work your way up to easy jogging, start by walking a couple of miles a day if that's possible. You can't "target fat" like the exercise infomercials say you can, but you CAN strengthen muscle below fat (like on your abs) so that they show through better.
Find some abdominal exercises that you can do, like crunches, leg lifts, static leg holds, et cetera. Those are all good ways to build/tone abodominal exercises.
Swimming (from the answerer above) is good, too...do laps, not just floundering about in the pool.
When you've reached what you consider to be an ideal weight for you, don't just stop the diet - maintaining a healthy diet is a life-long activity, but well worth it.

stop eating junk food firslty and never touch sweets. u can have chocolates that wont get u any troubles. and wake up and on empty stomach drink a glass of warm water with a spoon of pure honey in it it will help to digest the excess fats from ur body try it i'm sure u will luk luvly within a week or so. best of luck

According to my Doctor, you need to get at least an hour of exercise every day to lose weight. I choose walking. You should start by walking for 30 minutes and then increase that every few days until you get to 60 minutes. Other good choices are: cycling, swimming, rowing.

well, to lose weight you need to cut your calories to about 500 less than what you usually eat. which means that you could probably make you lose about 2 ibs a week if you really want to. and what i do to relieve hunger is i drink 2 glasses of water before every meal so that when i eat my food, i will be full quicker. and i also like to eat those south beach diet meal replacement bars. they are really good. and they also have those slim fast bars that are SO delicious. they have chocolate chip cookie dough bars and other kinds but they dont even taste like diet bars, they taste like candy bars! and you should try those quacker granola bars.(get oats.nuts.and honey!!) and i am so addicted to them and they are 130 calories.
oh yeah, try not to drink too many diet sodas because when i did that i didn't lose any weight so just remember to drink plenty of water and drink milk too!

try the natural way eat a salad before any meal you have,make sure not to put too much dressing unless is olive oil ,lemon and salt .this is the best dressing you can have.is the only one i ever use .by eating a salad with this dressing right before every meal with this dressing,helps you digest your food quicker.avoid greasy foods.i have 5 kids and i am 37yrs and i only weight 126

drink lots of water... and walk.for half an hour
your body looses weight around your stomach first
because of the liquids in your stomach... it's true just watch and see...

eat 6 smaller meals drink tons of water and excercise it sounds like u r only 10 pounds overweight so dont go overboard

You can do sit ups anytime in your house and start eating salad more instead of McDonalds(my favorite!)Good Luck!
