it's war. cheap and dirty tactics so that if the opposing side launches some missles into the civilian population, they can use that as propaganda to rally those to their cause buy saying, "look, they are killing our innocent woman and children." sound familiar? happening in Iraq happened in vietnam and will continue to do so so long as there are loons willing to do anything to win a war. no one really follows the rules of engagement anymore except us.

Hezbollah, like most arab warriors are cowardice bastards. Human life means nothing to these fanatics, therefore they hid behind women and children thinking their adversaries won't kill kids and women to get at them. This is changing. Collateral damage, as they call it is up because of it, and everybody but the arab warriors are to blame.
The world knows that arabs fight this way, and those who are inclined to blame others, will do so. The truth of the matter is, civilian casualties are not the concern of Hezbollah, after all they are probably from some other arab country so why should they care about these people.
It sure isn't hard to truly despise these people!
All four of your questions can be summed up this way; the civilian population are hostages of Hezbollah, they will continue to dishonor their cause with these hideous tactics. They, like their leaders have dishonored the arab people with their tactics.

Hezbollah doesn't have the ability to fight as an army, they would be destroyed in minutes. They hide behind civilians as a way to inflict as much damage as possible with the least amount of reprisal. These is a tacit used by cowards and sociopaths who do not care about anything but inflicting their will on others.

They are all cowards and lower than whale poop: they do not value human life, as God would have them do. Instead, by hiding in populated areas they can point fingers at the Israelis.
Any group of people who insists that Israel should be wiped off the map is missing God's boat. God gave the land to Israel a long time ago through the Abrahamic covenant. God doesn't break covenants He makes. Personally, I have a hard time believing that God still loves these people but He does and so we should pray for them as well as for peace in God's city, Jerusalem.

Because if those positions are attacked they can claim that civilians are being fired on. It's a tactic that meant to make their enemies look like monsters when in truth it is the act of people who have no concern for the populace they are claiming to fight for.

All 4 questions have the same answer. They think that by hiding behind non-combatants, they are safe from retaliation by Israel. Cowards. If they want to fight, they should come out and fight. If they want to hide, they should stop fighting. Plain and simple.

Because they are cowards, hoping that by hiding among civilians, the Israelis will be afraid to retaliate against their attacks.

They are guerillas and this is the only way they can continue to exist. It IS cowardly and callous, but they believe they are serving Allah and anybody who mistakenly believes they are doing this evil for God are the most dangerous people on earth. Religious zealots, Muslim or Christian are loathsome.

Because they know that the more "civilian" deaths they can whine about, the more people will sympathize with them against Israel.
