Please talk to your mom about this. I went through a similar situation at your age and did not tell my mom until I was 31 years old, a little to late to do something about it. Let your mom handle it. If there has ever been anything else that has happened that you are questioning now, let her know that too. I hope you get this straight soon. And yes, you should be freaked out. It will make you more observant to what is happening around you.

If you need someone to talk to, you can email me. If your mom wants to first, please tell her to do so. I would like to help you. I know what you feel like.

you have a right to be freaked. I would bring it out in the open. take the card when your mom and everyone is around and make it seem like you thought it was a joke. Ask your dad in front of everyone....What's with this card? That was really weird coming from my DAD! This should make him think twice about trying that again. Since you've confronted him head on. In front of everyone. And lay the card there in the middle of everyone. Your sister should do the same. Keeping it hidden might make him think you won't address it and will continue with this unacceptable behavior. It is NOT acceptable behavior. If it continues talk to a councelor at school if your mom doesnt seem to be able to stop him.

I also thought that maybe he gave you the wrong card. It could've been for your mom or some other woman. Then again, you said that he's been sending them lately. There is the possibility of something perverted which is so sick. It's good you gave it to your mom. Be careful, Hon. If your dad sends anymore cards or tries to get physical with you and your sis, call the authorities yourself if your mom doesn't do anything about it.

Maybe he was drunk and thought he was sending this card to someone else. As long as your mom is taking care of it, then don't worry. It does sound weird and you aren't being silly.

Let your mother handle it. I don't think you are being silly. This seems like something a bit suggestive to be saying to your very young teen daughter.

It is good you told your mother. Your dad definitely has some issues! Stay away from him.

glad your mom knows and is doing somethings about it.....he is either losing it or trying to harass all of you .....I would even go so far as considering taking it to the police
