My S. American friend has just come baxk with the food. How does calling it Croque-Monsieur make my ham and cheese sandwich taste any better?

it's the same reason they call it a cafe latte.

its just coffee.

It doesn't. However if marketing can enhance a personal perception to be swayed that you're getting better/more/higher quality or class cuisine by calling it "cuisine" over "food" or "grub" then marketing has done what it was paid to do - change you.

If you are centered and know yourself then nothing anyone calls something will make it better or worse - you will be the master of your own taste and taste-buds.

yes when you go to france they use a different cheese and it tastes soooo much better but i dont know why !
