Another engineer's riddle?

So when i read the solution to the first one i felt like a complete moron...but i'm stumped again...here's the link for the second puzzle...what's the catch here?

it has something to do with 1,5,4,2 the first words on the left

It says "flip things around in order", so something needs flipped and then put in order

Is it flipping the i and e's?
