Here's a good way to use them.

mix an egg with some milk, put the chops in that, then dredge in seasoned flour(salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder).Fry in hot grease until browned on both sides.Remove chops from pan and drain off some of the grease from pan.In the left over drippings, stir in a can of cream of mushroom soup, half a can of water, half a can of milk and one beef bullion cube or powder(optional)return chops to pan, bring to a boil, then turn down heat, cover and simmer for 30 mins. You can serve the gravy it makes over rice or potatoes.

make scalloped potatoes and use them that way...very scrumptious.....make layers of potatoes, onion, chop, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup.

First you mix the 2 soups up together with a little milk. Then slice potatoes thin, begin with a layer of potatoes, then onions, then meat, sprinkle with a little flour, then some of the soup mixture and continue layering like that. Honey is is out of this world. Be sure to season also as you go along. I use garlic powder, pepper, salt.....girl it will make you want to slap your momma. woo hoo.....now Im hungry.....but cook in oven for about an hour or so its great.

Get some sour kraut and put it in a pan, then put the pork chops in with it, cover it, and just let it cook till the meat is done. It's REALLY good.
