Symptoms include mostly extreme chest pain especially when taking a breath, also pain in abdomen and lower back, overall achy muscles and fatigue with loss of appetite. Occassional nausea, and headache. Disoriented and dizzy feeling. Very gassy. All tests have come back normal, inc CT scan, EKG, blood and urine tests also normal. One doc says maybe strep or mono, but there is no sore throat and no other cold-like symptoms. Web md and other sites offer different ideas for some symptoms, but so far nothing can explain, not even any of the docs, why the severe chest pain..... anyone with info is much appreciated. One more thing fever of about 101.7 occurs consistently for about 5 days.

Have them check your gallbladder....I had ALL of the same symptoms and it was my gallbladder....worst pain I've ever been in. When I would have an attack I thought I was having a heart attack. I would miss work because of it and because of the loss of appetite I also lost 15 lbs. Getting that darn thing out was the best thing in the world! You have to have an ultrasound done to determine if it is enlarged. Have them check it....you'll be relieved.

might be a nutrition deficiency of vitamins: B12, B5, and/or B6. could also be a potassium or magnesium deficiency... B12 deals with stomach acid, if you don't have enough of B5 or B6, you could feel nauseous. (google, to see for yourself!) you might want to get your levels checked up by the doctors. if you're really low in vitamin B12, the doctor or nurse can give you a B12 injection. An acidic (low in PH level) body, can also cause stomach pain and nausea. eating unhealthy foods, sugar, sugar substitutes, white flour (found in white bread, white pasta, and so on), and many other foods, causes the body to become very acidic!! eating a clean diet of fruits, vegetables, greens, nuts, and healthy oils help alkalize the body. not all foods are alkalizing; google to see which ones are! first thing in the morning, have a glass of water with 1 freshly squeezed lemon in it. the lemon is VERY alkalizing (cleans out your body). also, if you don't have enough of probiotics (good bacteria in colon/intestines) in you, you are more likely to have stomach problems. probiotics are found in most yogurts or you can get them in supplement forms. stress could be another reason why your having stomach pain and nausea.
