this is just what i would do casue i am a sneak i say try to find a way to get ur phone back from ur mom call your bf before he calls u because if he calls u your mom will hear the phone ring wich wont be good so good luck

I would either act like it was no problem and ask her if you could go to your friends house and you can call him from there, or tell your bf the next day the truth.
