You will need to know the name of the cruise line and probably the name of the ship, as well as the date they departed on the cruise.
If you have this information, call the cruise line and ask if they can get a message to your brother. If you want to send them flowers or champaign, you may be able to pay for it on your credit card and they will deliver it to him.

If you know the name of the ship you can phone them when they're close to a port. Alternatively if you know the Cruise Line you could get in contact and see what cruises are currently operating and give the ships a call. Good luck.

while on a cruise you cant be sent anything but you can send it to somewhere like their house or where their staying
