You're not fat. If people tell you you're fat and try to put you down, don't listen to them. Just be yourself. Don't place any value on words like 'fat' or 'skinny.' Everyone is beautiful in their own way. Don't try to conform to the mold that society created. It's unrealistic - fake - unattractive. Be comfortable as yourself and others will respect that.

You are right on the money honey. 118 to 122 pounds BMI is the place on most body mass index charts. You could weigh seven pounds less. OR
You could weigh an additional seven pounds or more if you have lots of muscle under those curves and your measurement around the middle stays under 35 inches.
Stay active and drink at least three liters of water each day and you will maintain just fine. You are perfect. Since you are right in the middle of the guide lines believe in yourself and throw out the high/low opinions.

Well, it depends on what weight you were last year and the year before. If you are steadily gaining weight it could mean you are over eating. But if you have been that same weight for a while then you are maintaining. It really depends on your body type and your activities and health. Ask a doctor about your weight and health. Don't believe anyone who tells you you are fat. You are not. You may have some extra weight, but if you do its not much in my opinion. Consult your dr to make sure you are on the right path though...if you are gaining weight faster than you should at your age thats cause for concern, not the weight you are at now.

You are only 14 years old. Your body will go through many changes between now and when yo are an adult. Other than getting exercise and watching how much fat and sugar you get in your diet don't worry about whether you are "fat" or not...those who say you are are simply jealous and will tell you anything to hurt your feelings. If you're still in doubt have your mother take you to the doctor and you can discuss it with the doctor.

Do you like what you see when you look in the mirror? If so you are fine. Height and weight do not matter that much. Positive self image is very important, it is also a the most sexy aspect you can possess. If you have the attitude that you are attractive other people will pick up on that and consider you attractive also. If you are not happy with the way you look weight wise then diet and exercise until your are. My opinion has always been if people don't like the way I look there are other fish in the sea.

That is a good healthy weight. If you feel fat, it may be because you have a different bone structure than others. Larger bones will be a bit larger person than others. It makes a big difference. Don't let other kids make you think you are fat. The important thing is how you feel for yourself. Be confident. Being a teenager is hard enough these days, don't make it harder for yourself. You are just fine.

That's a great weight for your height. You're perfect, hun, don't change a thing. If you're *really* worried about it, get your body fat content measured. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you can't go just by weight. But I'd say you're right in the range you should be.

You sound like you are a good weight. Just do some exercise with light weights to give you tone in your body. Muscle is more compact and has the added benefit of burning up calories all of the time.
God Bless You, ;-)
Don't get caught in the dieting trap. Dieting causes many people to gain weight in the long run.

I would say you're fine. Just remember to eat right and exercises and you will be able to keep your weight well under control.
One note: if you drink a lot of soda, try to cut down because soda has a lot of sugars which can contribute to weight gain.

Your BMI is a bit on the high side. Not too much. Still in the normal range, just on the high side. Don't gain anymore weight. It's a lot harder to take off than to put on.
