I love frozen drinks on days like today! It hit over 100 degrees, and I hated it... Lemonade is really good and so is raspberry lemonade. In the summer you don't have to add as much sugar, either, because it's so hot and you're so thirsty you don't notice a little difference. Here's a few great websites with tons of drink ideas:

Have you tried that new Lipton green tea? they have a few different flavors you can put in your water bottle or you can make a gallon at home. I'm on the honey and lemon flavor and its very yummy! and good for you.
I also went into the frozen food area and in the pie section there's frozen strawberries, blueberries, mango's whatever...
I take some v-s splash smoothie tropical colada... throw in some strawberries, mango, ice and a little sugar into a blender... and yummy! Make your own smoothies, everyone you make is different.

I think you need to start juicing fruits and vegetables. Juicing is not only refreshing but also very healthy. I very recently started it and its been amazing for my family's health as well as my health. I dont think I'll ever stop juicing. Check the free healthy juice recipes at this juicing website.
Healthy fruit and vegetable juices are great but water is ofcourse by far the best drink ever. Have you ever done water therapy??

In a blender blend ginger ale, ice, strawberries, oranges, any of your favorite fruits Pour in a tall glass or a daiquiri glass and garnish with fruit and maybe a small umbrella. Looks almost exactly like a daiquiri

Water is always best for me. It's about all I drink now days.

A mojito is very nice if you would like an alcoholic flair. It's light, low in calories and very refreshing due to the mint.

Lemonades are probably not a good idea. Just cause they tend to Dehydrate you more then they hydrate you. Lol.

A nice bottle of water always feels soooo good to me. Another one would be smoothies. They're easy to make and healthy.

Peel half of a cucumber, put it in a blender with the juice of two lemons (or however sour you like it) fill with water and ice and blend it to a wet sluch. You can add honey or simple syrup to sweeten it, but it's good by itself.
