Guys, especially young boys, get scared when girls throw themselves at them.
It may sound old fashioned, but I think guys still like it when a girl plays hard to get. They like the challenge of asking a girl out. They don't seem to like it when a girl continually asks them.
He's said no. So if I were you I would get busy with other activities and not waste your precious life on someone who isn't interested in you right now.

Honey, you may as well learn at a young age that when someone doesn't want you, just leave them alone. Not worth the pursuit, if he is not interested in you. Don't make yourself a pest.

Leave him alone, find someone who is more worth your time. He is being honest so walk away and find someone else to like. No point of wasting any more time with him.

make him jealous w/ another boy and u may end up liking either boy
think about y u really like him, is he hott, is he smart, funny, atheletic? you can find a lot of guys like that good luck looking!
