In what way? The Creator is not physical so that can not be it (plus I don't believe the Creator is male).

It means we are very self important and this there is a god that looks exactly like us. Hates all the same people. Thinks like us too.

The three great gifts from God which make us in His image and differentiate us from all other of His creations on Earth are:
A) Immortality of Being. We had a beginning but we have no end. God is eternal, without beginning OR end.
B) Intelligence. Alone among God's creations we know ourselves to BE selves; we can learn, remember and pass on what we learn. We can become wise.
C) Free Will. Our choices are not bounded by our basic biology. That too is unique among the creaions of Earth. We can choose to do evil. We can choose to do nothing. We can choose to do good. And we can decide on what we will base our choices.
God is neither male nor female. That's biology and God is NOT a biological being. God IS, period. That's His Name, I AM. Being has no gender.

We have the same likenesses. Is this referring to physically? More than likely. The Bible is not specific. It is not just physically, though. We are talking mentally, emotionally, socially......everything. The phrase itself is pretty self explanitory if you read the text around it and open your heart and mind a little.
We are given free will. We are given a mind that can invent, a heart that can love, and a body that can create. This is what it means to be made in GOd's image.

I think it is obvious , image means our forms are the same . I think God is male because He made Eve from Adam's rib so that implies there was no females up to that point .

It simply means we are as God is. We are creators. Creators of our reality, creators of our lives, creator of new lives, creator/inventor of things. We have the powers God has because we are all God. God is all there is.

Actually I saw God the other day, he had the whole grey beard thing going, the resemblance was uncanny!!! I could have thought we were twins.
