First I would ask, how long have you known these friends.
Dogs have an uncanny way of telling whether a person is good or not. Their instincts tell them There might be something the dog is feeling about your friends that just are not right. Something the dog doesnt feel comfortable with, and so in turn does what instincts tell it to.
What I would do is keep the dog next to your side. Train the dog to sit when you tell it and keep it on a short leash while your friends are at your house. If the dog rears up, tell it in a firm voice No, and yank its leash. Eventually the dog will learn to calm when you speak the words and feel the leash being yanked, and Even get to the point where you may not have to say anything, just yank the leash, because that is the signal to the dog to hush, and be good.
Dogs are smart. Give them the credit they are due. I would also think about My choice in friends. If the dog feels anything from you towards the friends that will effect it too. Like if you are unsure of them. Or you question some of their activities. Dogs pick up on so much more than we give them credit for.
In some rare occasions dogs are simply one person dogs. They are loyal to that one person and anyone that comes into that "inner circle" as I would call it, is an enemy. Leashing the dog, and keeping it next to you, talking softly but being firm in what YOU want the dog to do will help it feel more secure.

Watch the Dog Whisperer...you have to show the dog who's boss, let your friends hold him down to let him know you can and will overpower him. If you let it get too out of control, he'll be running your house instead of you. The owner must put his foot down and not allow the dog to behave in such a way. Pets are like kids, they're trained (so to speak) to obey you, the owner, not vice versa. Good luck!

we got our puppy to stop biting when playing by yelling really loud OW!!!! whenever she niped us, and by sticking our fingers in her mouth and yelling OW! shes now 2 years old and has never even niped us while playing. (weve scraped our fingers on her teeth a few times while rough housing but shes immediatly stopped playing and licked our hands when this happened)
now weve just gotta stop her peeing on the floor from happiness when my moms dog comes over
The teething part of chewing and biting will slow as her adult teeth finish coming in... but that takes several months. Providing correct chewing objects is essential. Whenever she picks up something incorrect, take it from her, then replace it with something ok.
As far as mouthing people, you've got the stop that NOW before it grows into something worse. She needs to learn that it is NEVER ok to mouth anyone. A loud sound, like OUCH, UH-HUH, something to break her concentration, even NO BITE!
I would definately look into local obedience training schools as well. When she learns her proper place in the social family pack structure, many times problems will solve themselves.
Also, putting a basic foundation of training on her now, will help in the future. You will have the instructor available for answering questions and your puppy will have socialization time.
How old was she when you got her? Often times, when puppies are taken away from their littermates too early, they miss their time of learning proper social ettiquette. Quite often, improper biting/mouthing is due to not being corrected enough by their littermates... then it becomes your job.
Good luck!

Have your friends come over and bite the dog right when they walk through the door. Reverse psychology might work

If you have a gate, the gate should offer a protection. The next time also, tell your friends to call upfirst so that you can muzzle the dog.

Train him or give him away. No animal is worth a law suit from your friend's parents when it goes too far one time.

Bite him every time he bites any of your friends. Maybe he'll learn his lesson after a few trials and errors.
