Yes. Lots of things can prevent a woman from having her period, but you might still be ovulating.

you might need to be more specific with your question but what i'm getting from it is that you think that your pregnant because you havent had a period in 7 months ? Depending on your age you most likely are or you just havent started periods yet(if your that young)

u never have had a period?.. or havent had ur period since you started having seX? i say if u have never had your period then no you cant get pregnant, but if u havent had ur period since u started having sex yes you could be pregnant. I would go to a doctor and get checked out

Yes, my Niece got sick and went to the hospital and guess what she delivered a baby and never even knew she was pregnant. She only did it once with the guy, and never had a period.
So the answer is, YES!

You would be showing signs of pregnancy, if you have not started you period in 7months and are not sick or have a big stomach i think you should really go to the doctors as soon as possible.

If you are 11 or older, the answer is most definately YES! (for some, even younger than 11). If you do not know the answer to this question, you should learn more before having sex. Please, speak to an adult you can trust.

ya but your child will come out retarded or something because i think they use your blood for their blood, and you haven't fully produced it yet, but if you don't have your period and your 16 or over see a doctor about it, why are you having sex anyway?
