yea really.. i know! dont go to the stupid movies.. go on a nice walk in a park or something somewehere where you can talk ... and the place doesnt smell of weirdness and popcorn and there arent people making out all over the floor and the sounds of the movie bombard your brain... go to the beach or park or ... restaurant or.. something..

I agree a movie you have to be quite and all to see the movie and all. About the only thing that is good about going see a movie for a date is besides see the movie is make out. But I agree taking a date to the movies is not a good place to go.

A first date can be awkward and intimidating for some people.To just be able to go to the movies and laugh or cry ,opens up new things to talk about and sort of lets you spend time together without saying much.For some people this is a good thing.Good luck God bless:O)

You don't go on dates to the movies until you already know each other well enough.
The guy doesn't want to hear you yapping all night so a movie kills some time till night fall when he can get some a s s!

lol, well thats a good question...i think people do that to break the ice....meaning to get used to just being around the person so you are not nervious to talk to one another. Then the movie gives you a conversation starter after words.

i agree.. a date is all about getting to know the other person.. go somewhere were you can talk to eachother
however if you have been with the person for a while, a movie is a perfectly acceptable date
