first off thank you for donating your helping everyone should donate. Remember to drink lots of water after and don't go over two pints and your fine. You will regain the water/blood lost in 24-48 hours the red blood cells in less then 1 week. I personally donate 1 pint every 3 months in our local blood drive.

Hi, donating blood doesn`t affect in adverse any way your health! If you donate every four month it it very ok, usually it takes about 2 weeks for the blood volume to restore back to normal after donation and only if you give high quantities. But it doesn`t effect your health in any bad way,in fact you affect in a very positive way other people`s lifes so congratulations! I`m a doctor and I give also blood so keep on doing that! Have a nice day!

Yes it really is ok. It is better than ok.. it helps a lot of peole out. What it does do is the obvious, knock you down by a unit of blood. Changes your hemoglobin etc.. So if you were to get in to an accident, etc.. then you would be more likely to have to have a transfusion..
Other than that.. every four months is fine because you replace that unit of blood you just donated by then.
And actually people with a disorder such as Wilson's disease end up benefiting from the donation....because they clear their bodies of the excess metals that they keep builiding up. :)

If you are healthy to donate you my ONLY experience a feeling of being tierd, could get a little dizzy. You have around 5 liters of blood in you body, when you donate, you give around 250ml, around 5% of your blood, your body WILL automatically start making more blood, and in 90 days you wont be missing nothing.

It's fine if you have good blood pressure. Mine is extremely low, for example, so I get told I'm not a suitable donor. Keep farming and harvesting those cells :-)

I know that it helps you get drunk way faster the day you donate.
