The lover muscles of my eyes twitch sometimes and so do the ones in my calves and shoulders. Does this happen to anyone of you and is it possible to get rid of it ?????

you eye twitches because you are low on iron, eat spinach and drink milk. have spinach two, three times a week and it will stop

the twitches in your eyes, means that they are tired and need more sleep. the shoulder, sounds like a pinched nerve. and the calves need to drink more water and eat more potassium.

see a doctor..it might be nothing but get it checked
