hope that all the student visas/research visas havent been given out.
since the beginning of America, we have attracted foreign scientists to this country because of our values and moreover, that we give freedom to conduct research. Its what has propelled this country to the forefront of the world technologically.
BUT... then bush was voted into office by developmentally-delayed Americans, and he changed policy. Quotas on visas mean that we are now keeping many of the worlds best minds outside our borders, and we will soon fall behind until this gets fixed!
