Does anyone know the recipe for 49'er Flapjacks, or know where I could find one?

I have them all the time at The Origional Pancake House, but I don't know the recipie.

‘49er Pancakes

1/2 cup sourdough starter
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups flour
1 tablespoons oil
1 cup milk or cream
1 tablespoons baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
butter
maple syrup
