When an angel is sent by the Lord, the angel speaks as the Lord speaks. It is as if you are hearing God Himself speak.
Rev 1:8 is the angel speaking.
Rev 1:8 "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty."
Rev 22:16 "I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, the bright morning star."
The identifier, in the 22nd verse says that it is Jesus who sent the angel.
Therefore the answer is YES.
THe Bible says that Jesus is the almighty.
rev 1:8.

I would suggest the article below to get a good foundation on who the Almighty God is? It is entitled "Do You Know God by Name?"
A more direct answer to your question is NO, Jesus is not the Almighty.
(Je·ho´vah) [the causative form, the imperfect state, of the Heb. verb ha·wah´ (become); meaning “He Causes to Become”].
The personal name of God. (Isa 42:8; 54:5) Though Scripturally designated by such descriptive titles as “God,” “Sovereign Lord,” “Creator,” “Father,” “the Almighty,” and “the Most High,” his personality and attributes—who and what he is—are fully summed up and expressed only in this personal name.—
At Psalms 83:18 it states "That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth. "
His name is represented over 6500 times in the Bible by the Tetragrammaton. These four letters (written from right to left) are ???? and may be transliterated into English as YHWH (or, JHVH). (the question marks are because this word processpr system will not recognize the Hebrew letters. They are shown in the article below.)
Enjoy your reading.

I do not understand the reason for the question unless u are saying that Jesus isnt almighty. The word Almighty is an adjective meaning "mighty in all ways". It is not reserved only for the father. Jesus is almighty as he has the power of God. Also the verse says "...the beginning & the end, saith THE LORD."

Bible doesn't say that Jesus is the Almighty. Jesus says that He's the son of supreme father. And only Supreme father is Almighty.
You know in Bhagavad-gita, Lord Krishna decleared that He's the source of every things who is in material world and spiritual world.
So, Lord Krishna is the Almighty.
Chant Hare Krishna
and be happy.

The Bible is the Word of God which is faithful and trustworthy, and Revelation was inspired to the apostle John on the island of Patamos. Therefore, the choice is yours whether or not you want to trust the Word of the creator and sustainer of everything or not(Genesis 1). Many many other sections of scripture have been revealed as true, and always keep in mind who you are questioning in your possible disbelief.

Since Jesus was God only in human form I would say yes. There is the trinity but in actuality God is them all. It's sort of like, God is the Father (and the mastermind behind it all) the son is Jesus (the human side of it all and a sacrifice to save us unworthy sinners) and the spirit is the heart. Okay...do you ever know what it's like to have an answer but you can't explain it?? But the Bible says Jesus was the savior...

Not only does it say He is, but He Himself said He was, using the "I AM" name on several occasions.
When they came to arrest Him was one of those times. And when He used it, they fell to the ground.
