thanks for all answers. but? do you think that there are some predefined behaviour that could be done to prevent schizo fro,m a child's life? can the parents avoid shcizo by behaving in a manner? for instance, if mum removes all the negative things that could produce stress for the child, could this help to protect the child from schizo?

If I remember, schizophrenia during the 20th century AD at the United States of America was about 1 out 100 persons. That said, a person with two schizophrenic parents has a 50/100 likeliness of schizophrenia. Also some researchers have published that there are genes that prevent schizophrenia. " genes protective against schizophrenia" at http://www.pubmed.org

An active social life full of people like Quakers or girl scouts might reduce stress while encouraging socialization. Also your query makes me think, is there a smart drug or nootropic that reduces risk of schizophrenia. just recently there is an antipsychotic medication that although it causes me to be be plump and sleepy, is measured as causing slightly higher measures of cognitive ability. They could research the effect of low doses of such medications on people with genetic risk as a preventative that amplifies educational attainment.
