1. Respect yourself.
2. Protect yourself.
3. Don't let your mom catch you looking at that.
4. Always be able to care for yourself and 4 other people on even a pitiful salary (while you look for a better one). If you are supporting a wife and children, she will respect you for that if she is indeed a good woman.
5. Learn how to fix everything. With luck, you will meet a nice girl that can do the same.
6. Respect your mother. She is always right.
7. Wash your hands and brush your teeth. Didn't your mother tell you a hundred times?
8. Sit up straight.
9. It is much easier to say "No" to someone when you look them in the eyes.
And #10. Every night, before you go to sleep, tell your wife and your kids that you love them. And mean it. And not every night, but remember to call your parents once in a while and tell them, too.

How to wash. I'm not talking about hands either! Sorry, I don't mean to be so blunt here, but I know a kid that I swear has no idea how to shower and clean himself "below the belt" and you have no idea what it's like sitting near someone like that! Ewww!
