I am sick of Texas and need some excitement 24/7 how is New York and which city is the best

I moved from New York to Texas. I wanted a slower pace of life. The cities I think you are referring to are called boroughs. Many places are expensive to live, and it depends on where it is. Many misunderstand 'the city that never sleeps'. It does sleep and there is not so much happening 24/7. However, when I lived there, I belonged to exclusive clubs, and could frequent them at odd hours after other establishments have closed. Relaxing atmosphere, jazz, and good company. No one under 30 was allowed.

EXPENSIVE.

I live an hour outside NYC and the cheapest apartment is $950 a month, but most are $1100+ plus a month for a one bedroom. It's worse the closer you get to the city too. Condos start about $300K.

New York is a beautiful state. I often visit there. However, don't expect it to be Las Vegas.
