America, for the most part, though there are several contributions from other nations like the UK. Israel gets billions in monetary donations every year.
Contrary to popular belief, they are not using our equipment (anymore anyways) except for maybe some jet fighters. most of the tanks and vehicles were developed and manufactured by israelis themselves.
EDIT: in response to the person below me. Lebanon did not capture the two israelis; hizbollah, a terrorist organization operating from lebanon, did. They do not represent lebanon as a whole nor are they the government, though they do hold some positions.

Themselves. Lebanon deserve everything they are getting at the moment. Kidnapping 2 soldiers when they werent even involved in the fighting. They have only themselves to blame for the mess they have caused.
