Even though the truth makes fat people cry, and makes them hit the report button, this is still true: looking at fat people is very, very unpleasant for the rest of us. It is validly psychologically painful. To encourage them to lose weight, they should be mocked. This provides motivation through social stigmatization to lose the weight. If they do not lose the weight, then at least the mockery acts as a punishment for inflicting the pain of seeing them on the rest of us.
You may be able to bury the truth about the horrors of fat people here by whining about TOS violations, but it still is true. You know it. I am sure that fat viewers will become so distraught they dive for the bag of snickers, proving me right again. It isn't my fault that truth is painful. Oh, and I made you see it again LOL! So go ahead and cry and moan and get all red in your gigantic cheeks and hit report - it won't make the pounds roll off and it won't change the truth! Ta ta!!!!

They need to be treated the same as you treat others. They are no different. This helps give the person self-esteem and helps them make the decision to lose weight.
And to the person who made the comment: it is their fault they are overweight. That is not absolutely true. Millions of people have thyroid problems which can cause the person to gain weight & make it hard to lose & it can also make someone not gain weight thus leading people to the assumption that the person is aneroxic or bulimic.

Tact and courtesy cost nothing, and are always a good idea, whether the person is fat or not.
So yes, you need to be "gentle" with everyone.

Of course. Why do you think you need to act differently to a fat person than to a thin person? The operative word here is PERSON.

YES!!!!!
By gentle I'm assuming you mean nice.
You should respect and be nice to everyone.
Just because their bigger they could still be the nicest person you will ever meet.
Don't be so close minded.
EVERYONE SHOULD BE TREATED EQUALLY
