I know this guy since i was a little. When we grew up, we meet again through yahoo messenger. We chat couple times a week. We live in different countries. He had crush on me, but then I broke his heart, but it was when we were little. Can you tell the sign if he still likes/loves you from the way he talks through chat? It is easy to tell if you meet him face to face in reality, but through chatting, can we know? If yes, can you explain how do you know?

Well you know of him when was young and now reunited via the internet. WOW, that is great but realistically you are speaking to a stranger. Over time you learn to trust that person and even then we don't know if they are speaking the truth, it does require a face to face meeting to really know if they are who they say they are.
It's easy to say 'I love you' but showing it is another thing, you'll soon know if met up with him and until and if you meet, keep your guards up to protect yourself

i have same problems too right now.. in chatting he can say what ever he wants and doesnt have to be responsible to fulfill what he say or prove, but depend on u back as u know him better. how is his personality. is he trustable person? man of honor? from what i experience... listen to ur feeling and if he really still have feelings on u, ask him to come down to meet u once awhile. and u will know on tt time
