Is there a place to go to vote for tiebreakers?

I know i have a bunch of these on my list and it is driving my crazy, some are a month old! If I can help someone else get them off there list I'd do it. Besides I think alot of the tiebreakers are older questions anyway.

Someone could click on your name and scan through all your questions. After finding one that says "In Voting" go to it and pick a Best Answer. The problem with this is that as voters we don't know which answers are tied. If we pick one that isn't tied it doesn't help.
