Do you think the latest clash beteween Israel and the Hezbollah is a ploy by Iran to divert attention away from its nuclear programs?

After all, all the attention around the world is now diverted to the conflict betwen Israel and Hezbollah, and not Iran.

Iran does control Hezbollah, or at least provides a lions share of the funding for it's weapons. So yes, I do believe this may be part of it. I also believe Iran wants to remove Israel from the map. That's what they want the nukes for. Iran does not even acknowledge Israels existence.

it is not necessarily a deliberate ploy, however Iran is holding back from direct involvment (though probably helping hezbollah much in the same way as the US is helping israel) so that they can slip under the radar.
